Kalium’s flagship product, Balanced K

BALANCED K was designed to address the need for greater sustainability within the dairy industry. It uses an innovative approach to deliver essential mineral nutrients which were prior to, difficult to achieve. Balanced K is a proprietary formulation of Potassium Carbonate Sesquihydrate and Magnesium Chelate for dairy producers and nutritionists seeking a natural way to improve both herd health and productivity across dairy management systems and feeding strategies.  

BALANCED K is formulated to resist heating, caking, and spoiling and is safe to handle and store. Balanced K can be used both on farms or blended into larger packages at feed mills. It is compatible with other minerals, grains, and grain byproducts in mixed feeds. Balanced K can be fed in conventional and organic systems and is recognized by FDA as being GRAS. Balanced K is unique and in the Patent Process with the US Government and applications to the EU.  

For domestic and international markets. Balanced K is fed at a rate of 0.25 lbs to 1.25 lbs per animal per day with an estimated average consumption of 0.50 lbs per head per day.
